Another document that is really racist is Magna Carta. For a start, there is not a single mention of the rights of ethnic minorities in England (e.g.: Jamaicans or Bangladeshis).
Also, the rights of the peasants and lower classes are simply ignored and, at the time, their status was close to that of a slave.
And we should not forget that the rights of women, the LGBT community and trans people are simply overlooked. Having a couple of effeminate court jesters and a few Moorish eunuchs for house-keeping does not cut it...
