I am not sure how useful and capable some of those robots are, but the Chinese clearly want to position themselves as world leaders in the field of humanoid robots. It is the new terracotta army.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were secretly building an army of tens of thousands of humanoid killer robots with a view to invading Taiwan - the humanoid robots can replenish the ranks of the robotic Chinese soldiers, who will constitute the first wave of cannon fodder.

The Chinese firm's machines are competing in the 2026 World Humanoid Robot Games, which started on Saturday in the capital. The event involves more than 2,000 robots from 16 countries.
